Resistance bands can be easily packed into your suitcase when traveling so you don’t have to worry about finding a gym or skipping your regular workout.

You can even train in the comfort of your own room! Bands offer a wide range of benefits from diversifying your workout to many rehabilitation needs.

Here are 3 Fit-Nez Tips On How to Pick the Right Band:

1. Find bands based on their resistance. Bands are color coded based on the level of resistance, but all companies label and color code their bands differently.

2. Choose a variety of resistance levels for a complete workout. Beginners should start with lighter resistance bands, but can also use a harder band for to work different muscle Pick bands that are comfortable in your hands.

3. Look for bands that won’t need replacement handles. If you choose a resistance band that has replacement handles available, you may want to buy them right away or you’ll be stuck looking for replacements later.
