Sandy got you stuck home with energy to spend? Who needs a gym when there’s the living room floor. Here’s a quick full bodyweight workout you can do in the comfort of your home to burn calories and get stronger.

Bodyweight Workout: 4 rounds of 10-15 reps of each exercise
1. Squats
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Push Ups
3. Pop Squats
4. Alternating Lunges
5. Dips (use a couch or chair)
6. Squat Jumps

Ab Blast: 3 rounds of 10 reps of each exercise
1. Leg Raises
2. Bicycles
3. Pike Ups
