Inez: So I have done all of your measurements and calculated your body fat percentage. This is what will help me create your meal plan and workout plan to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. Currently your body fat percentage is 50%
Me (in my head): 50%!?! Did I hear that correctly? Is she kidding?!? Maybe she’s been drinking! Maybe I misheard her. Maybe that caliper is off… maybe that tape measure is flawed. This can’t be accurate! There is no way that my body fat percentage is 50%! How did I let it get this bad? No, seriously! Am I on Candid Camera?
Me (out loud): Wow. Um, so that needs to be lowered…

Fast forward 4 months…
My body fat percentage is down to 32%, I am wearing a clothing size that I haven’t been able to wear in years, and I all around feel fantastic! It wasn’t easy, and I slipped… more than once, but I always got back on point and with help from Inez it was easier every time! I still have a ways to go, but she has been there for me every step of the way and for that I am eternally grateful.
