Make your own – with this quick and easy, no baking required recipe!
(makes 8 servings)
2 cups of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter or almond butter
4 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works the best)
1 tbsp of ground flax-seed
1/2 cup of water.
What to do:
1. Mix ingredients until well combined
2. Line baking pan with wax paper and spread dough
3. Freeze for 30 mins
4. Remove from freezer and cut into bars
