Fitnez Meatloaf Muffins
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly coat muffin tin with Olive Oil spay.
2. Mix the below ingredients. Once mixed, fill each cup with 2oz of meatloaf mixture.
3. Bake cups for 15mins. Serve with your choice of veggies.
1 1/2 lbs of natural lean ground turkey
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of Gillian’s Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1tsp Organic Dijon Mustard
1tsp Organic Low Sugar Ketchup
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
