Tacos are a favorite of mine. I crave them often, and for good reason! They’re easy to make, healthy, and so fun to eat! If you like tacos as much as I do, here Is an easy to make recipe you will love!
Yellow Corn Tortillas (LaTortilla Factory)
Grass Fed Bison Meat
Mrs. Dash Taco Seasoning
Natural Salsa (I like Green Mountain Gringo)
1. Cook your meat in a non-stick pan using olive oil, or, if you really want to do away with the fat, use a bit of chicken broth. You can even use this method in a cast iron pan if you don’t like or have a non-stick version.
2. Brown taco on both sides in a separate pan using olive oil (until you bubbles in the appear in the corn tortilla).
3. Stir in the spices.
4. Prepare the rest of the ingredients for toppings
5. Stuff your tacos and serve!
