Looking for a great circuit workout to tone those stems? Keep reading!!!


This quick, fat-burning workout shouldn’t take longer than 35 minutes AND  In addition to sculpting your legs, it will
also work your core and your hear rate!!! The perfect multi-tasker!

Circuit 1:  
Each excercise 25 -30  reps, repeat circuit 2x with 1 minute rest in between circuits.

Plie Squats
Walking High Kicks
Walking Lunges

Circuit 2:  
Each excercise 15 -20  reps, repeat circuit 2x with 1 minute rest in between circuits.

Cross Back Lunge with High Side Kick (curtsy lunge)
Jump Lunge




Throw this in once a week – switch it up and keep those gams guessing!
