Do not be discouraged, it happens. It takes 21 days to create a healthy habit and 21 months to make a lifestyle change. Be patient with yourself and celebrate your “wins”. I’m sure you have made healthy changes in your eating and workouts since you began your journey. Continue to build off of those victories. Additionally, what has helped my clients is doing a food/workout log.
What is measured is monitored – so take time each day to do daily written/online reflection.
