NO Bake Protein Bars – by popular demand

2 cups of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter or almond butter
4 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works the best)
1 tbsp of ground flax-seed
1/2 cup of water.

a. Mix ingredients
b. Line baking pan with wax paper and spread dough
c. Freeze for 30 mins
d. Remove from freezer and cut into bars (makes 8 servings)
