Ingredients (makes up to 6)
- 3-5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup of chopped peppers and or 1/2 broccoli
- 1/4 cup of onions
- Preheat over to 375. Coat a muffin tray with parchment paper and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs & veggies. Pour into muffin tray.
- Bake for 20mins
- Remove from over and let cool before serving
