Ingredients (makes up to 6)

  1. 3-5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
  2. 1/2 cup of chopped peppers and or 1/2 broccoli
  3. 1/4 cup of onions


  1. Preheat over to 375.  Coat a muffin tray with parchment paper and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. Whisk eggs & veggies.  Pour into muffin tray.
  3. Bake for 20mins
  4. Remove from over and let cool before serving

Nutrients Per Serving:  about 120-134 calories per serving & 14g of protein.
