Are you bored with your “go to” clean eating menu? Here are some fun healthy recipes to help mix it up!

1. Greek Pita: Whole wheat pita, 1/2 cup chik peas, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, 1tbsp of feta cheese

2. Burrito bowl: 4-6oz of grilled chik or flank steak, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1tbsp black beans,1/2 cup veggies, 1/4 avocado, natural salsa

3. Open Face Turkey Sandwich: 1 slice whole wheat (open face = 1 slice), lettuce, tomato, with mustard or 1tbsp of hummus

4. Asian Fusion: 1/2 cup edamame, 1/2 cup veggies, 1/4 quinoa, 1tbsp of peanut dressing

5. Bruschetta Chicken Salad: 4-6oz grilled chicken breast, 3-4 small pieces of whole wheat bread, tomato, basil, handful of pine nuts, balsamic vinaigrette, lemon
