Need a quick upper body workout to get you toned for your NYE’s outfit? Try this out! (rocked me yesterday!)

Do each exercise for 15 reps each w/ moderate to heavy weight. Repeat 3-4 rounds. Should take about 30mins.

1. Incline Chest Press
2. Lat pull downs
3. Shoulder Press
4. Cable bicep curl (don’t rest at the top)
5. Cable push down (elbows at side)
