You can be an Olympian too!
You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to train like one. To be honest, most of the workouts they do consist of strength training and HIIT workouts.
So to test your medal, try this Fitnez Olympic Workout.
Do Back Rows with Bicep Curls using free weights or barbell.
Begin with 1 rep of each exercise and each round increase by 1 rep all the way to you get to 10 reps of rows and 10 bicep curls.
Remember, back is a large muscle so lift heavy and while biceps are a small muscle group, they are the strongest out of your arm muscles so push it.
Once you complete the strength portion of this workout move to the HIIT training below.
Do these exercises for 10 reps each for 3-5 rounds.
Pop Push Ups
Bicylces (10 on each side, tot 20)
Burpee (only 1, increase by 1 round until you get to 5 burpees)
Go for gold and rep your country!
